To return your product, you should bring your product to Valley View Office Park, Tower A, First Floor, Room 4. Alternatively, we recommend you use a delivery agent if you are not physically returning the product.
We are not responsible for any product in the delivery process or items delivered to the wrong address.

The time to exchange the product may vary depending on your area of residence or where the product is being shipped from.
Items Eligible for Return & Exchange:
Please note that the return policy only applies to the New Products that we sell. For the Gently used items, we advise a customer to take time to inspect the product before leaving the store. In addition, we highly recommend customers to visit our shop for fitting and a variety of choices in avoidance of size, color, and material issues. Customers with product size issues are guaranteed an exchange but not a refund.
Return & Refund Policy:
To be eligible for a return & refund, please take note of the following:
· Our return policy lasts within 6 days after purchase.
· The Items Must be unused and in their original shape and condition during return.
· Items are inspected on receipt.
· A customer is notified within 3-5 business days if a refund is rejected or approved
· If a refund is approved, a refund will be issued within the same period.
· A customer Must produce the receipt issued after the purchase.
