What are Wild Springs Adventures events?

They are guided small-group outdoor experiences — hikes, mountain climbs, safaris, forest bathing, waterfall treks, camping and cultural day trips — where travellers join a shared group and split the cost. Any event can also be booked privately for your own group.

When do the events happen?

Events run on weekends, public holidays and long weekends throughout the year, with strict early departures. Each event shows its exact date and start-to-end times.

Where is the pick-up point?

Most events depart from International House in Nairobi CBD, with additional pick-ups along the route. Some safari and SGR departures use Westlands or the Nairobi SGR Terminus.

Do I need to be fit or experienced?

Events are graded Beginner, Intermediate, Difficult and Very Difficult so you can choose what suits you. Beginner and family-friendly options welcome first-timers, and a certified guide with paramedic support accompanies every departure.

Can I book an event privately?

Yes. Every event can be booked as a private departure for your own group on your preferred date — just use “Request a private date” on any event.

How much do the events cost?

Shared group rates start from about KES 1,900 for day hikes, with multi-day safaris and expeditions priced higher. Each event shows its “from” price, which typically covers transport, guiding, park or forest fees and paramedic support.
